As The Children’s Art Carnival renews its role as a community hub for the arts, it continually updates its services for artists in to reflect their needs and aspirations in a changing Harlem cultural landscape. As a place for exploration and creativity, CAC has created a new track of arts service provision that places the individual artist at the center of its work. Our model is designed to support and nurture the development of emerging, mid-career, and established artists as key to developing its educational, outreach, and workshop offerings.
