Come on out and join artist Elan Cadiz for her fun mixed media classes designed for all family members. We will build, cut, rip, draw, paste and more. Join Us on Saturdays (Oct 24, Nov 14, & Dec 12 from 1pm – 3pm) Classes will highlight a topic and participants will leave with a one of a kind collage each class.
African art provided the foundational aesthetic principles for Cubism, a movement pioneered by artists like Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque. Cubism is an early-20th-century avant-garde art movement which began in Paris. Cubist subjects are analyzed, broken up, and reassembled in an abstract form. In this fun family workshop, participants will assemble, collage and color their cubist mask.
