Rent Our Space

The Children’s Art Carnival’s location in Harlem’s historic Hamilton Heights and its classic Beaux Arts townhouse offer a perfect venue for small gatherings. You have a choice of three spaces according to your needs: the Parlor Gallery, the Press & Pull Community Printshop Workspace, and CAC’s beautiful Art Garden.

Our spaces are great for a variety of activities, including:

  • Birthday celebrations and garden parties
  • Lectures and presentations
  • Meetings and symposia
  • Workshops

Rental Prices

  • One Space: Parlor Gallery, Press & Pull Community Printshop Workspace (Ground Floor Gallery), or Backyard Garden — $75 per hour (4-hour minimum)
  • Combination of Any Two Spaces: $100 per hour (4-hour minimum)
  • All Spaces: $175 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time the rental agreement is signed.

Conditions

Set-Up: Four folding tables and up to fifteen folding chairs are included at no additional charge.

Additional Set-Up: $50 fee.

Clean-Up: Event hosts are responsible for cleaning up after the event, including the removal of refuse and recycling. Materials should be placed in CAC trash and recycling bins. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
