Art Making with Brian Fernandez
Art Making Workshop by community artist Bryan Fernandez Saturday, March 9th 1:00 pm to 3:00pm Open to All Ages Participants younger than 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Child drop-off not allowed) Led by community artist Bryan Fernandez, workshop attendees will take part in a collage workshop. Working in pairs, participants will collaborate to construct an image using found imagery or materials. At the conclusion of the workshop, each collage will be presented, allowing guests to share their creations and discuss what they learned. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own materials. Registration is required to participate (RSVP today!)

About the artist: Brian Fernandez
Bryan Fernandez is a Dominican American artist from Washington Heights in Manhattan. He began creating art in high school as a form of self-expression leading him to attend the School of Visual Arts where he received his BFA in 2022. His community in Washington Heights, with its ties to his identity and family history, has been the biggest influence on his life and current art practice
